The Gathering wedding buffet package includes two meats and two sides, plus creamy coleslaw, buns, BBQ sauces, staffed buffet service, setup, and breakdown.
The Celebration wedding buffet package includes three meats and three sides, plus creamy coleslaw, buns, BBQ sauces, staffed buffet service, setup, and breakdown.
Your wedding BBQ catering package includes planning, buffet setup and breakdown, coordination, and experienced service staff. Choose pulled pork or pulled chicken, or upgrade to smoked turkey or brisket for $3 per person; smoked sausage is available for $1 per person. Sides include mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, street corn, and rice and black beans. Optional extras include chicken salad with crackers, meatballs, dips, sliders, nacho and loaded potato bars, lemonade, water, and tea. A 50-guest minimum, $200 event service and coordination fee, and 25% deposit apply. The first 60 one-way miles from Lynchburg are included; additional one-way miles are $1.76 after venue verification. Final pricing is confirmed in your agreement and Square invoice.
